About the service
Wire EDM cuts with electrical discharges between a metal wire and the part, without direct contact. It produces complex profiles, tight inside corners and cuts in hardened steel and other electrically conductive materials.
It is used for punches, dies, inserts, cams and profiled plates. Since it applies no mechanical cutting force, it helps avoid distortion, even in thin parts. Send us your drawing with the material and its hardness, if it is already hardened.
